Trained foodies with certifications in cookery who believe that only they are capable of cooking a great meal, and everybody else’s cooking is inferior to them are elitist pigs.
Newsflash! you are not the only great cooks out there. And a lot of you suck, regardless of your certifications.
I am a cookery school drop out, and I am an amazing cook. There are so many people out there who are great cooks and never had any formal training. So please keep your elitist opinions to yourselves, don’t pick on “that silly amateur’s” icing, or how “the common people” mispronounce a food, nobody gives a fuck. Who cares if somebody mispronounced it, as long as it tastes good.
Just made a heap of Chocolate Chip Cookies! Shame I can’t eat any :(
